How long have you been in business?
19 years. We have recently relocated our business from Naperville, Illinois to Wilmington.
What is your primary product or service?
Hearing aids sales and service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Performed volunteer work with hard-of-hearing and deaf students while in college. Obtained a bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and a Doctorate degree in Audiology. After graduation, worked for an otolaryngology practice for ten years. To pursue my passion for helping patients more effectively and spend more time with them, I opened my audiology practice in 2004.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our practice in is designed to allow patients to pay less for hearing aids by allowing them to pay only for what they need, called unbundling. Many times patients are having to pay for services or features they simply don't need nor use. A new way to buy hearing aids.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. Expansion plans will be in North Carolina.

Centrally located in the New Hanover county region, one block north of Business 17 - Market Street and on east side of Kerr Ave. Location is ADA compliant including ramps for wheelchairs. Parking is free and plentiful.
What type of payments do you accept?
All credit cards, checks cash and Care Credit payment plans.

What are your hours of operation?
10:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday and Friday by appointment only.
